With over ten years of experience in branding and design, Tom has worked with global organisations to young, passionate startups helping them build, manage and cultivate their brands. He leads the creative process at Redefine, designing and directing the vision for your brand.
Georgia Woollam
Studio Manager + Co-Founder
Georgia has worked across marketing, brand and interior agencies specialising in running a tight ship and keeping projects, communication and collaboration moving smoothly. She controls the management of projects, finance and account management.
Alessia Naccari
Filmmaker + Content Creator
Alessia’s role involves filming, and editing creative films. With a background in drama, Alessia brings a strong sense of narrative and emotion to her work. Though she only began filmmaking in recent years, her craft and creativity make it feel as though she’s been honing her skills for decades.
Emma Denning
Social Media Manager
Emma has a background in languages and teaching, which allows her to bring a fresh perspective to the industry. She manages all client social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency. Working closely with Alessia, Emma plans and oversees project deadlines and timelines, keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
