6 independent interior businesses in Liverpool
Liverpool is home to so many vibrant independent businesses, all of which bring something unique and new to our city. This independent culture has fuelled Liverpool’s economy for many years and we have no doubt it’s slowing down anytime soon.
Part of our work within the studio is to help clients connect with this independent community. 1. RMO Studio
A ceramist based in Liverpool making bespoke mugs, vases, plant pots and more. You can also find a beautiful selection of abstract stoneware that will add something truly unique to your home or office space.

2. Root Houseplants & Mary Mary Florals
THE BEST plant and florist shop in Liverpool. Both stores are based in a unit within the Bluecoat Chambers. The shop is bursting with green goodness from floor to ceiling (quite literally!)

3. Utility Design
Utility are based on Bold Street and Liverpool One. They sell everything from gifts, homeware and designer furniture. Every item is handpicked from brands such as HAY, Muuto and Meraki. You won’t leave empty handed!

4. Penny Lane Lifestyle Store
Penny Lane Lifestyle Store sell everything from candles and homeware to gifts and jewellery. You can also find brands from Amsterdam, Sweden and independent brands from Liverpool too.

5. Granby Workshop
Granby are a playful and creative ceramist based in Liverpool. They use a variety of different techniques to create items such as recycled dinnerware, bespoke tiles, door handles, the list goes on!

6. Red Brick Market
Red Brick Market is a unique vintage market based within Cains Brewery. This is THE place to find vintage and antique treasures such as furniture, homeware and most definitely something you didn’t know you needed.
